To start a return, email info@onlyway.jewelry with your order number, the item you are returning and the reason for the return. If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, include clear photographs.
We will reply with the correct return address and instructions. Jewellery should be securely packed and sent using a tracked, appropriately insured service. Please do not send goods before receiving the return instructions.
