These general Terms and Conditions apply to your purchases on, and your use of www.onlyway.jewelry. These terms should be read together with our Terms of Sale and Privacy Policy. These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between you and Onlyway Gbr Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (referred hereinafter as ”we”, ”our”, ”us”, ”Onlyway Jewelry”). By using this website and making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We, therefore, ask you to read the following terms and conditions carefully prior to placing your order.

TERMS OF SALE

Together, these terms and policies govern our relationship with you in relation to your use of www.onlyway.jewelry and the purchase of goods using this website.

If you do not agree with our Terms of Sale or have any questions regarding them, please contact us before making a purchase. Your rights as governed by local law are not affected by these Terms of Sale.

Once we have received an order from you, we will send an electronic order confirmation/invoice to your email address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when placing your order. Please review your order carefully and correct any mistakes. It is your responsibility to check that your order is correct before submitting it to us. When you place your order, you agree to buy the products at the price set out on our website. The prices on www.onlyway.jewelry include all local taxes including VAT.

If the order has incomplete details or the item is not available, we will contact you to confirm next steps. Please note, incomplete orders may be subject to delays.

We recommend that you save the confirmation as a reference for any future contact with our customer service. The confirmation also serves as the receipt of your purchase.

If you have made a mistake with your order, please contact our customer support line at +447771073331 or email info@onlyway.jewelry as soon as possible. We may be unable to correct errors after your order is confirmed, although you will still be able to cancel all or part of your order.

SHIPMENT & DELIVERY

We aim to handle and deliver your order as soon as possible. Onlyway Jewelry cannot be held liable for deliveries that go over the specified delivery times for the selected delivery method. We always do our utmost to keep delivery times as short as possible. Your order is processed immediately after it has been received in our system. NOTE: Customs and VAT are not included outside the UK.

As we handle and deliver a large number of orders, each order is processed separately by order number and cannot therefore be combined automatically. We are happy to combine your orders if you let us know within reasonable time before we ship. If you would like to combine the orders you have placed, please inform us immediately at info@onlyway.jewelry. Please note, we will not be able to combine your orders after the shipment has been made.

We offer Free Royal Mail delivery within the UK for all orders. We aim to deliver your order in within 2 working days. Unfortunately, delays may occasionally happen due to circumstances outside of our control. If your order is subject to a delay, we will contact you to advise you further.

When placing your order, please ensure the delivery address is correct. Re-delivery due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional charge. Any goods sent to work or business addresses are done so at the buyer’s own risk. As a customer, you are responsible to ensure that the address and user data provided are correct. Onlyway Jewelry is not responsible for situations where the shipment has been returned to us due to incorrect information being provided. In these cases, we may contact you for reimbursement of the shipping costs incurred.

If you wish to check the status of your order, please contact us at info@onlyway.jewelry and respond to the questions for us to assist you. 

Deliveries to other countries cost £15. Should you fail to pick up the shipment at the service point within the specified time, we will charge you for costs relating to returning the parcel to us, administrative costs involved and costs for the new shipping. An invoice with the original order amount plus the above-mentioned charges will be sent from Onlyway Jewelry on the day an uncollected shipment is registered. Please note that the deadline for legal cancellation rights according to consumer laws by then have lapsed and you will be legally required to pay the invoice. Once we have registered your payment, your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days.

WARRANTY

Our products are manufactured to meet the highest quality standards. All our products are being carefully checked before shipment. All products have a one year warranty from the date of purchase. After this warranty period, all repairs are subject to a service charge. When our product is returned within the warranty period, it will be repaired or exchanged for a new product by us at no extra cost. Repair or exchange will be made within a reasonable time after the product has been returned. If your product has a defect that falls within the scope of our warranty, please contact our customer support line at +447771073331 or email to info@onlyway.jewelry. To handle your enquiry faster at the assessment stage you may include the following information in the email:

  • Order number 
  • Images of the object and its damage/defect.

Onlyway Jewelry assures the customer that the products have appropriate qualities for usability, reliability, and durability. This warranty excludes expenses or damage caused by inappropriate care or use of the products supplied by Onlyway Jewelry. The warranty is also voided if the products have been altered or changed in any way that has not been approved or carried out by us. 

The Onlyway Jewelry Warranty does not cover:

  • Defects and damage as a result of loss, theft, fire, water or natural disaster (contact with water should be avoided)
  • Faults or damage caused by improper use, negligence (chock, indents, crushing, wear, scratches etc.) or accidents
  • Faults or damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification by a third party without the consent of Onlyway Jewelry
  • Aesthetic changes, defects and damage due to normal wear and tear (e.g. minor scratches, discolouration of the material etc.)

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Onlyway Jewelry offers 30 days’ full refund provided the product has not been used and all the tags remain attached. Please note, engraved and personalised products cannot be returned. 

You must provide us with a notice of cancellation within 30 days of delivery. You should then return the item(s) to us. The cost of return postage and applicable insurance lies with you. If we incur any costs in relation to the return of the item(s) then we reserve the right to pass these costs to you. If you do not return the item(s) within 30 days of cancellation, we may collect the items and charge you with the costs incurred.

Full refund applies only if the product has not been used, all tags attached and its condition is like new. You have the right to exchange your product for another at the same price, at a lower price, or to get your money back. In cases where the product has been used, Onlyway Jewelry is entitled to establish a deduction amount for the decline in value, or to deny the return. The cancellation right does not apply to sales products. 

Products with sealed bags cannot have broken seals when returned. In case of broken seals, no repayment or replacement rights apply (earrings are an example of sealed products). If your return gets denied the product will be sent back to you, freight costs will be charged.

If you wish to exchange your product, simply make a new order on the website of what you prefer instead.

RESERVATION

Onlyway Jewelry reserves the right to cancel an order, without further notice. Onlyway Jewelry reserves the right for any image or text errors on the website, such as errors in description, technical specifications, prices and price adjustments. In case of incorrect price for a product you have ordered, we strive to notify you and wait for your approval of a corrected price before continuing the processing of the order.

USE OF WWW.ONLYWAY.JEWELRY

Our website is provided for your private and non-commercial use. We can withdraw or change access to www.onlyway.jewelry at any time. If we provide you with an access code or password to create an account on the site, you should keep this information private and confidential.

Onlyway Jewelry uses cookies to improve the look of our website, the range of products we offer and to improve our service to you. The information is used to measure website traffic, purchase flows and what you view in our online store. The copyright and other intellectual property rights for all content and material are owned by Onlyway Jewelry. Any rights or licenses of the website content not expressly provided by these terms are reserved.

Use of Onlyway Jewelry content without our permission and outside of the scope of these terms is prohibited. Non-commercial, personal use of our material is allowed if the following criteria are fulfilled:

• Download or print of a single copy of a page or material for non-commercial and personal use. The material should not be modified, published or distributed.

• If material is provided to another person or party, they should be informed about these restrictions.

• Copyright, trademarks and source should appear in all materials used.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Other items may be represented at a larger than actual size in order to clearly show details, or smaller than actual size in order to show the entire item.

LIABILITY

Any information provided on www.onlyway.jewelry is for general information and entertainment purposes only. We will not be held liable for any mistakes or omissions that appear on the website or for any interruption in service or for any claims arising from these circumstances. We will not be held liable for third party claims for business or financial loss arising out of use of www.onlyway.jewelry. We will not be held liable for any virus’ or other malware and you should take appropriate security measures before downloading information from www.onlyway.jewelry

We ask that the information you provide to us in creating an account is accurate and truthful. FORCE MAJEURE

Onlyway Jewelry shall be relieved from damages and other penalties if the performance of the agreement is hindered, obstructed or delayed by any circumstance beyond our control. A relieved circumstance could be government intervention, new/amended legislation, failing to obtain permissions, war, fire, flood, labour market disruption, prohibition, restriction, sabotage, unfavourable transport or weather conditions or non-deliveries from subcontractors, and any criminal activity to which the company is exposed, and which affects its operations.

MISCELLANEOUS

We will not be held responsible for any breach of the Website Terms that is outside of our control. If a court find any of these terms invalid or unenforceable, we will remove that term or condition.
